Nama Al Duqm Properties LLC is 100% Omani-owned company and SEZAD registered since 2016. Our business activities are more focused on leasing, operating and managing self-owned properties in Duqm, Al Wusta region.

We have properties that satisfy the residential, commercial and office needs of companies in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), Oman and enhance the value of its investments by establishing a close and vibrant relationships with the investors and tenants and members of the community.

Nama Al Duqm Properties LLC aims to add value to the businesses of companies and investors in SEZAD area and also to enrich the lives of the people in Duqm community.

The shareholders of the company have extensive experience in Development and Management of Real Estate in Oman and International varying from hotels to large commercial space since the 1970’s. They have been active in the real estate sector since then.

Major Projects of the Group are:

1) Mazoun Complex which has been a landmark in Ruwi Souq in the heart of Muscat’s shopping district since the 1990’s. It is a commercial shopping center that is housing several clients that offers a wide array of product lines and services.

2) KM Trading Centre adjacent to the Mazoun Complex in Ruwi which has been operational since 2004.

3) Bait Mahmiyat Al Qurum Commercial Complex in Qurum – next to the Beach One Building – with marquee tenants like Veolia, Regus, etc.

4) Rumaila 106 which is located in the Wattayah area in Muscat. It is a commercial building with several big clients including Suzuki Car Motors, Geeley, MG, Mazda showrooms and offices of Tal Abu Ghazelh, Al Arabie Medical, Center, and other offices, etc.

5) Residential apartment complexes in Al Falaj area, independent villas in other prominent areas of Muscat, on rental basis to individual clients.

In Duqm, we consider The Rock Garden Plaza – Phase 1 and Phase 2 buildings as landmarks at the Sayy district in SEZAD. It is near to the Duqm Port, 5-Star Hotels, Duqm Beach, and just few minutes away from the Airport.
