Nama Al Duqm Properties LLC is an Omani-owned company established in 2016. Our core focus is on leasing and managing self-owned properties, with the goal of enriching the lives of people in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD). We aim to meet the residential and commercial needs of our clients, enhancing the value of our investments by fostering close and vibrant relationships with investors, tenants, and community members.
The shareholders of the company boast extensive experience in real estate development and management, both within Oman and internationally, since the 1970s. Their portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from hotels to large commercial spaces.
Major Projects of the Group are:
1) Mazoun Complex - A landmark in Ruwi Souq, Muscat’s shopping district since the 1990s. This commercial shopping center houses various clients offering a wide array of products and services.
2) KM Trading Centre - Adjacent to the Mazoun Complex in Ruwi and operational since 2004.
3) Bait Mahmiyat Al Qurum Commercial Complex - Located in Qurum, next to the Beach One Building, with marquee tenants like Veolia and Regus.
4) Rumaila 106 - Situated in the Wattayah area of Muscat, this commercial building hosts major clients such as Suzuki Car Motors, Geely, MG, Mazda showrooms, Tal Abu Ghazelah, Al Arabie Medical Center, and other offices.
5) Residential Apartment Complexes - Located in the Al Falaj area, alongside independent villas in prominent areas of Muscat, offered on a rental basis to individual clients.
In Duqm, we pride ourselves on the Rock Garden Plaza – Phase 1 and Phase 2 Buildings, which are landmarks in the Sayy District of SEZAD.
